ARIANE RÜHL-DAGUISE 

FOUNDER | EXECUTIVE COACH

Ariane founded CEC with the objective of providing global organisations and their executives with transformational and motivational executive coaching, delivered by coaches with strong track records working in and with international financial institutions.

Prior to her executive coaching career, Ariane worked for over 20 years in international financial institutions, including banks, investment management, brokerage and hedge fund firms.  She held senior positions in both sales and investment, building and heading international teams in both London and Paris.

She therefore combines her coaching acumen with extensive hands-on business experience.  This supports her work with senior executives in demanding and dynamic environments, helping them deal with each existing or new specific challenge.  She accompanies their growth as leaders, helping and challenging them to acquire additional essential leadership skills, thereby supporting them to embrace their evolving responsibilities.

Helping global organisations and their executives achieve and maintain strong performance, she specialises in four main areas of expertise:  

Transition Coaching where the focus is on integrating external senior hires and/or internal promotions, as well as support them with major team, role or personal changes, to reduce the risk of them not delivering.

Women Executive Coaching where the focus is on further assisting international companies in integrating and developing their women executives, allowing them to develop and thrive in their professional roles, thereby increasing their retention rate. 

Boardroom Dynamics where the focus is - using her experience with C-Suite Executive Coaching - to support Boards, Executive Committees and other Leadership Teams, to improve their interaction, highlight and change some of their behaviours, for enhanced efficiency & strategic decision making.

Communication Coaching where the focus is - using her experience in presenting to teams, clients and boards - to support clients to improve both ‘the what’ and ‘the how’.  Using coaching discussions, filming, playback and exchanges of feedbacks, enticing contents, body language and presence to align.

Style & Reach:

Her coaching clients describe her as perceptive and compassionate, yet challenging, direct and structured.  While relaxed and casual in its style, her coaching is driven towards articulated and defined objectives.

Ariane coaches executives and their teams mostly within financial institutions and professional services in Great Britain and France, and further afield with senior executives in the rest of Europe and the US. She coaches in both English and French, and is fluent in German.

Ariane also works in association with other accredited and seasoned coaches for some of the workshops she designs.
